Refund Rules

  1. Registration Form for Selection Test : Online / Offline Registration / Application Form fee is not refundable under any circumstance whether you appear for the test or not. Students will ensure to appear for the Selection Test as per schedule. If student misses the selection test for any reason the Registration Form fee is not refundable.
  2. Course Fee : In case you are unable to continue our course due to some unavoidable reason within 45 days, we will calculate the refund fee on standard First Instalment (Without scholarship) as per the following rules.

      A.  15 days of the course commencement date: 15% amount of the 1st instalment will be deducted.

      B.  Within 30 days of the course commencement date: 30% amount of the 1st installment will be deducted.

      C.  Within 45 days of the course commencement date: 45% amount of the 1st installment will be deducted.

      After 45 days, of the course commencement, we will calculate the refund fee on total course fee as per the following rules:

      D.  Within 60 days of the course commencement date: 60% amount of the standard total fees will be deducted.

      E.  Within 90 days of the course commencement date: 70% amount of the standard total fees will be deducted.

      F.  Within 120 days of the course commencement date: 80% amount of the standard total fees will be deducted. No further request will be entertained under any circumstances.

      Note : Refund in a special case (Offline Course): If student taking admission in any engineering college through any of the competitive exam before the last date (31 August for consecutive year), refund will be processed only after receiving of written request in prescribed form along with copy of college allotment letter, college fee deposition slip, in that case 30% fee of standard 1st instalment will be deducted, other terms & condition will remain same. Refund will be made from the date of commencement of course as given below:
      1. Date of fee refund is universal even:
        1. If you join late or after the date of refund is over.
        2. If you don’t join or attend even a single class at all after depositing the course fee.
      2. Registration / Admission / Token Amount are not refundable under any circumstance whether you have attended or not attended the classes in any mode, or cannot be adjusted in other courses / students fee.
      3. Number of days for the calculation of fee refund amount will be calculated from the date of commencement of regular classes (Course/Batch) (As mentioned in the academic calendar) till the date on which refund of fee is applied for.
      4. The date of commencement of classes/course will be considered as mentioned in the Academic Calendar and not from the date on which the student joins the institute/ attends the classes or deposits the fee even if he/she is a latecomer to the institute.
      5. Refund request through email / Telephone / Mobile / SMS will not be entertained.
      6. Refund request will be processed for those students only, who will submit the refund request in the prescribed form which is available at our office along with attachments (Original Fee Receipt(s), Original Identity Card.
      7. If the student/parents face any problem in the process of course fee refund, they may contact Managers in office.
      8. The fee refund transfer shall be done within 10-15 working days from the date of refund application.
      9. The fee refund will be made through NEFT/deposit of amount in the bank account of father/mother as given in the refund application form or by Account Payee Cheque only in favour of student‘s father (in case father is not alive then it shall be made in the name of mother or in case if both are not alive then it shall be made in the name of guardian in blood relation)
      10. In case a student is involved in an incident of indiscipline at any point of time and rusticated by the institute, no refund of fee will be applicable in such cases.
      11. For IRP courses (Crash Course): After deposited the course fee will not be refunded in any circumstance whatsoever. Whether student has qualified or not qualified for JEE (Advanced).
      12. For Intensive Revision Program (Crash Course) / Online / Live Classroom Courses / Distance Learning Program / Workshop / Any Other Short Term Programs: After deposited the course fee will not be refunded in any circumstance whatsoever. Whether student has selected / qualified or not selected / qualified for the respective exam / entrance exam / student has attended the online / live classes / test or not in any condition.
      13. The student/parents should understand that fee refund is a part of institute's policy and we follow the refund rules & regulations as mentioned above in letter & spirit. However, if the request of refund is submitted (in written with required documents) after the 'refund dates' are over, the institute shall not entertain it. Moreover, refund requests made verbally/orally or through telephone/e-mail shall also not be entertained.
      14. The Management of Vibrant Academy reserves the sole right to decide in the matter of fee refund.
      15. Any legal matter/dispute related to fee refund is subject to Kota City (Rajasthan) Jurisdiction only.
