Terms and Conditions

  1. The above Course Fee (in Indian Rupees) is only for One Academic Session (Calendar Year) i.e Academic Session: 2022-23.
  2. Fee can be deposited by Credit / Debit / Net Banking / PayTM / SBI Collect at www.vibrantacademy.com, convenience fee may be charged / levied on online payments by various payment methods available on our website. Please evaluate all the options before proceeding.
  3. Fee can be deposited through HDFC Bank Challan, bank challan available on our website; bank charges Rs. 30/- per transaction / challan must be added in the fee amount.
  4. Fee can be deposited through Demand Draft / Pay order / Cheque in favour of “Vibrant Academy (India) Private Limited” payable at Kota.
  5. In case of Cash copy of PAN and Aadhar Card is must.
  6. Fee can be deposited in Instalments, as per schedule mentioned above.
  7. If there is any change in rate of GST/ any other Tax during the course period the same will be applicable & student will bear the same.
  8. #The caution money will be refunded to the student on his/her leaving the institute, after the completion of the course and on submission of relavent document (JEE/NEET/Board Result and Application Form Number), after deduction of all dues, fines and other claims, if any, against him/her, as per the rules of the Institute.
  9. Refund of Fee as per the company policy. Refund request through E-mail / fax/ Telephone / mobile / SMS will not be entertained. Refund request will be processed for those students, who will submit the refund request in the prescribed form available at office.
